Brass Screwed Up

Magician holds out a large brass bolt with two nuts threaded on it. A spectator is asked to unscrew the nuts and place their ring on the bolt. Magician screws nuts back on the bolt. The magician gets ring off in 2 seconds. The bolt is solid.
